Privacy policy

What we collect

From submitters: name, email, phone, city, and the details of the complaint. From all documents uploaded: cheque copies, invoices, bills, legal notices, and police complaint copies.

How documents are handled

Original, unredacted documents are stored privately and used only for internal verification and dispute resolution. They are never published publicly. Any redacted summary shown on a listing page omits account numbers, signatures, and other sensitive identifiers.

Retention

Submission records and supporting documents are retained for as long as a listing remains published, plus a further period to handle any dispute or legal request, after which they may be deleted.
